Just a good pick for a city escape in Turkler with great value for money. Really enjoyed the late-night snacks and drinks available by the pool. it was a nice surprise after a long day. Make sure to check out the beach shuttle for a fun day by the water!

The food options were varied but sometimes repetitive, especially for children. The main restaurant was busy, causing delays when looking for cutlery. I appreciated the late breakfast options available at 'Burgerland', and overall, the cuisine offered enough variety for adults and those with dietary restrictions. We enjoyed the various bars, with an adequate selection of local drinks. The pool area was captivating, especially with the slides and pirate ship for kids, though it got quite crowded at times. There were daily activities at the main pool which kept guests entertained. The island shuttle was convenient. it took just minutes to reach, offering lovely beach areas and additional entertainment options. the cleanliness of the pools could improve due to the shallow water encouraging mess. The spa services were a highlight, with reasonable prices for lovely massages. Communication with the staff could be frustrating, especially during peak meal times, as they seemed overwhelmed. The lifts were frequently slow and crowded, making movement around the hotel cumbersome at times, especially after meals. a blend of delightful amenities and a few service hiccups left a mixed impression.
